Be prepared before an emergency or disaster situation arises. It is important to plan and organize with the aid of disaster survival lists, tips and guides.

It would be quite difficult, if not impossible, to build a house without a plan, or find an unknown address without a map. Most of our daily functions require some kind of planning or organization to get the desired results accomplished. Emergency Preparedness procedures are no different.

10 Practice emergency preparedness and survival tips:
1st Ready to deal with water, food and accessories for you to be prepared in advance and stored. Do not expect the government or anyone else who is a safe, you are responsible for your own personal well-being.
2nd Educate and prepare themselves and people take care in your environment by learning first aid and CPR.
3rd Get a time of emergency radio for your home and car,Make sure you know how to use it. Listen to the radio in an emergency for any further instructions, officers can require evacuation in specific areas.
4th Each family member should have its own bag of tricks. The goal is to understand-it-and-go be in a position do not lead to the packing house in an emergency. 1-3 Days relief supplies should be available.
5th If the plan provides for evacuation, leave early. Do not wait until the gasolinescarce or more, and highways are clogged.
6th Plan a meeting place that you have identified in advance from any member of the family.

10th Keep some cash available. During the blackout or power outage, cash registers, ATMs and other things we use to obtain cash or make purchases, may not be available.
