ASCD, a nonprofit education association, is seeking a Publisher. In this senior level position, you will be responsible for facilitating the acquisition of content, managing the development and editing of publications, structuring the Publishing unit, overseeing the licensing of subsidiary publication rights, maintaining a strategic focus on current publishing trends and best practices, and coordinating and achieving budgeted financial goals. ?

To qualify you must have 10-12 years of relevant experience in professional publishing with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role with broad decision making authority and budgetary responsibility. A background in K-12 education publishing and membership associations is highly desired. Experience as a teacher, administrator, leader, or in professional development preferred. ?
