Video: ?Loser? contestant talks clashing with Jillian

>>> "the biggest loser" ranch. what was with you and jillian? what was the deal there?

>> jillian? she has a real tough love approach and it doesn't necessarily work on anyone -- everyone, i should say. at the end of the day , we really got it together. unfortunately, it was my last week at the ranch. she's a great trainer. she knows what she's doing. we just had a little friction.

>> is that what led to you doing the victory dance on the scale?

>> well, that was following our chaotic last chance workout, where we screamed at each other. i was so nervous i was going home and that was to be my legacy. clearly, you can see i lost it.

>> wow! when you look at that video and you look at yourself today, can you believe it's the same person?

>> no.

>> because you look terrific.

>> put a shirt on before you do a victory dance . i can't believe it's the same person. i feel incredible.

>> how much have you lost at home?

>> i've lost 30 pounds.

>> a little over 60?

>> correct.

>> changes completely, doesn't it?

>> it really does.

>> congratulations. good luck.

>> thank you so much.

>> and continued success. pamela, it's great to have you. by the way, you can catch "the biggest loser" tonight at

Store Ice Cream in Freezer Bags for Easier ScoopingReddit user CorbinMontego found that, if you store your ice cream container in a freezer bag, it won't freeze into the frozen dessert brick and you can scoop it out much more easily.

Of course you could always let it sit out on the counter for a few minutes, but when you want ice cream now that may not be an appealing alternative. For immediate consumption use this tip or just cut it with a knife.

Found a method to keep ICE CREAM soft. It doesn't have to bend your spoon. As soft as when you first open it, everytime. | Reddit

Fitium Review. Customer reviews of Fitium

Some Customer reviews of Fitium Diet Plan found on the web

Fitium review?Fitium is good if you follow the challenges. To get the most of the site you need to follow the coaching challenges which I found really motivating, especially as I have a tendency to easily get bored.

I lost 3 stones in two months on this plan and actually enjoyed the process. I didn?t have to make drastic changes to my diet, and the suggested meals were tasty and filling. On other diets I have always felt hungry or would get aches and pains in the middle of the day, but with the?Fitium diet plan I sometimes couldn?t finish my plate!

I recommend opting for the three or six month package deal, as it works out much cheaper than the monthly payment option.?

Fitium reviewPerhaps one of the most thrilling aspects of this weight loss dieting program is that you get your own and personalized fitness coach. To be honest, this is something that you will definitely not come across with any other program out there.

Fitium reviewIn fact, as online health sites go, this is one of the best performers we have seen in terms of providing their customers with the capability to shed weight and improve their fitness. The end result is a great looking body, slim and toned figure and a much healthier aspect.

Question for Expert Witness

Do gymnastics facilities require a coach or supervising adult to ensure that the students have properly arranged the equipment?

Answer from Expert Witness

I have worked in the gymnastics industry for over 30 years as a coach and a judge. I am very familiar with the procedures that must be adhered to in order to ensure that all equipment is properly setup and checked. I have coached students at all levels, from pre-school to elite competitors. I am also an internationally certified judge and hold a safety certification from USA Gymnastics.

Answer from Expert Witness #2

It certainly sounds like protocol was not followed here. As an adjunct professor and former professor and administrator at a university, I have been involved with recreation and sports for the past thirty years. I have been involved in many gymnastic safety symposiums and my teaching and research duties focused on safety and risk management. Also, I am certified as a recreation administrator, with recreational experience at all levels.

Answer from Expert Witness #3

It certainly seems like the instructors were at fault here. Under no circumstances should students ever assemble any of the equipment. In any event, the instructors must make sure that the equipment is set up properly before anyone uses it. I am highly experienced with recreational and athletic activities having worked in this field my entire career. With respect to gymnastics, I have investigated and testified in numerous identifiable gymnastic apparatus cases over 30 years. I have also investigated other sports and recreation equipment assembly and supervision injuries.
